Clueframe Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes the mobile game Clueframe: Picture Riddles (the “App”) and operates this website (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App or the Site, how it is used, with whom it is shared, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
The Site consists of static pages only: it sets no cookies and does not use analytics or tracking scripts.
The App does not require an account or registration. We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location through the App.
When you use the App, the advertising and analytics services integrated in it (listed in Sections 3 and 4) automatically collect:
Your game progress, coin balance, hints, and settings (such as sound and language) are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. Clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App removes them.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to respond to you.
The App is free to play and is funded by advertising. Ads are delivered through the CAS.AI (CleverAdsSolutions) mediation platform, which works with third-party advertising networks. These partners may process the information described in Section 2.1 to serve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, detect fraud and, where you have given consent, personalize the ads you see. Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy:
The exact set of networks serving ads can vary by region and App version. We update this list when the set of integrated networks changes.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used in aggregate — for example, which levels are completed, which features are used, and how long players stay. Firebase Analytics processes device identifiers, IP address, and app-interaction events on our behalf.
We and our service providers use the information described above to:
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal bases are: your consent (for personalized advertising — you can withdraw it at any time); our legitimate interests (serving non-personalized ads, analytics, security, and fraud prevention); and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only:
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the use of advertising identifiers for cross-context personalized advertising may be considered “sharing”. You can opt out through the consent dialog, your device’s ads settings (Section 3.1), or by contacting us.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to its processing; to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing); and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents may also request details about the categories of information collected and shared.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us (Section 13). We may need to verify your request. Because most data described in this policy is held by the SDK providers rather than by us, we may also direct you to the relevant provider’s own privacy controls. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to have it deleted.
The service providers we work with use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect the data they process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The providers listed in this policy may process data on servers located in various countries, including the United States. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available at this address. If we make material changes, we will provide prominent notice on this page or in the App.
